"Having been diagnosed with autoimmune disease and having my health hit rock bottom I decided wanted back in control of my health, mind, body, and happiness. I took the brave yet uncertain step of contacting Coach Lissa and she willingly took me into group in July. I knew this group was exactly what I needed because I needed the accountability factor. Little did I realize that I would gain so much more from this group and the coaches. Our coaches provide you with the necessary tools and teach you what you need to succeed. All it takes from you is commitment, honesty, desire. Along with the best coaches around you gain a family of supporters who are in the same boat as you which is priceless. Even at my worst days I now have the support and tools needed to keep me on track. There isn't a coach out there that will put as much effort and heart into their group as Melissa and Eddie do. I am forever grateful for this program, my fit fam and the best coaches around."
